Class One: Alcohol Ink Tips & Techniques

When: Sat. July 11

Join Tami for a fun morning of playing with alcohol ink. In this technique-based class you will work with these amazing inks to create a variety of backgrounds. You will choose your own stunning color pallette & stamps to complete four cards. Each individual creation will vary depending upon your ink and stamp selection.

Student Supply List: Please bring an Ink Blending Tool, Alcohol Ink Felt Applicators, Alcohol Ink Blending Solution (if you have them), and a black Staz-on or Ranger Archival inkpad, adhesive, scissors, and a paper trimmer.

Class Two: Vintage Game Piece Pendants

Join Tami for a fun afternoon of playing with alcohol ink & embossing powder to create unique, wearable art. You'll create three different pendants using vintage game pieces, alcohol ink colors of your choosing, some fun Terry Medaris stamps, embossing powder, & crystals. You'll go home with three silver plated bails and a ball chain to complete your creations.

Student supply list: Please bring an Alcohol Ink applicator tool and felt (if you have them) and an embossing inkpad, such as Versamark, and Diamond Glaze (or similar dimensional glaze).

Optional supplies: Some of your favorite tiny stamps.

What a Great Day!

I gotta tell ya . . . it's been quite some time since I've taught a workshop . . . and after teaching Metal Mania today, well . . . I realized just how much I've missed it!

And the very best part is to see how excited the attendees are with their work. ***sigh*** . . . .yes, that is the very, very best part.

Of course, I didn't take pics during the workshop (I was too busy yappin') . . .but I did take pictures of the journals (which is just one of the three projects they completed).
